Your Rights, Our Obligations, and the Rules of Play

Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 To register a na777 account and use the na777 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of another party.
• You are registering voluntarily and are not subject to a self-exclusion order from na777 or any other gaming platform.
• You are registering with accurate personal information, including a valid Pakistani mobile number and a valid CNIC.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of na777 or its affiliated game providers.

1.2 na777 reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

1.3 You may register only one na777 account. na777 defines a "duplicate account" as any account sharing a Pakistani mobile number, CNIC number, Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet, device fingerprint, or IP address pattern with an existing registered account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and their bonus balances forfeited without notice.

1.4 By completing registration and using na777 Login, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and current, and you accept the obligation to update your account details promptly if any registered information changes.

Account Security and Responsibility

2.1 Your na777 Login credentials — username or mobile number and password — are personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your na777 account, whether or not authorised by you.

2.2 na777 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other service.
• Enable two-factor OTP verification via your registered Pakistani mobile number.
• Log out from na777 Login on shared or public devices after every session.
• Never share your na777 Login credentials with any third party, including friends or family members.

2.3 If you suspect that your na777 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify na777 support immediately. na777 will investigate promptly and may temporarily suspend the account to prevent further unauthorised access while the investigation is in progress.

2.4 na777 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your na777 Login credentials, except where the breach is a direct result of na777's own security failure.

Deposits, Withdrawals and PKR Transactions

3.1 All na777 account transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). na777 does not impose currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals.

3.2 Deposits: na777 accepts deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash mobile wallets. The minimum deposit amount is 500 PKR. Deposits are credited to your na777 account in real time upon successful payment confirmation from the relevant wallet provider. na777 is not responsible for delays caused by the wallet provider's own processing systems.

3.3 Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals within five minutes. na777 reserves the right to perform additional identity or source-of-funds verification on withdrawal requests above 50,000 PKR.

3.4 Withdrawal conditions:

• Only real money balances (not pending bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) are withdrawable.
• na777 may withhold a withdrawal if the account has outstanding verification documents requested but not yet provided.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during system maintenance windows will be queued and processed once normal operations resume.
• na777 reserves the right to request a source-of-funds declaration for cumulative monthly withdrawals exceeding 500,000 PKR.

3.5 na777 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Bonuses and Promotional Terms

4.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by na777 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the promotion is offered. These Terms & Conditions govern the general framework within which all na777 promotions operate.

4.2 General bonus conditions:

• Bonuses are opt-in only. No bonus is applied to your na777 account without your explicit acceptance at the point of deposit.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• na777 reserves the right to specify which games contribute to bonus wagering requirements — not all games contribute equally. Game contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum bet amounts while wagering a bonus may be limited. Placing bets above the maximum permitted amount while a bonus is active may result in bonus forfeiture.

4.3 na777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practical. Changes do not affect bonuses already accepted and in active wagering by a player at the time of the change.

4.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using predictable low-risk strategies to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in permanent account closure.

Game Rules and Fair Play

5.1 All games available on na777 operate according to their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager on any na777 game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

5.2 na777 operates only with certified game providers whose random number generators (RNGs) are independently audited. Rocket Crash uses a provably fair algorithm. Live dealer games are streamed from certified studio environments with regulated dealing procedures.

5.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, software error, or server failure — na777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's PKR balance. Where a malfunction occurs mid-round and the outcome can be determined from available data, na777 may honour the result at its discretion.

5.4 The use of automated software, bots, or any tool that plays na777 games without direct human interaction is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

6.1 na777 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. All na777 players aged 18 and over have access to the following responsible gaming tools via their post-login account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit ceilings. Increases to existing limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases take immediate effect.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum PKR amount you are willing to lose in a defined period. Limits take immediate effect when set or reduced.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a defined session duration to remind you of how long you have been playing.

Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the na777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Registering or operating duplicate na777 accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or promotional loopholes for unintended financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live dealer or multi-player game formats.
• Using the na777 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with na777's platform infrastructure or game systems.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited under local law, where you have previously represented such access as permissible.

7.2 na777 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct. Suspended accounts may not be able to access na777 Login or process withdrawal requests during the investigation period.

7.3 Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, na777 will permanently close the account. Real money balances may be returned at na777's discretion after deducting any losses, bonuses, or costs directly associated with the breach. Bonus balances are forfeited without exception in confirmed cases of prohibited conduct.

Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the na777 platform — including but not limited to logos, game graphics, user interface elements, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of na777 or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the na777 platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any na777 content without prior written authorisation from na777. This restriction applies to screenshots, recordings, and any other reproduction of platform content.

Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, na777's total liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the na777 platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

9.2 na777 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, power outages, or device failures on the player's side.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by Easypaisa, JazzCash, or other third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your na777 Login credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, even where na777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3 na777 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability. na777 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practical.

Privacy and Data Handling

10.1 na777 collects, processes, and retains player data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the complete legal framework governing your relationship with na777. By using the na777 platform, you consent to the data handling practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2 na777 does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with game providers, payment processors (Easypaisa, JazzCash), and fraud prevention services as necessary for platform operation and player protection.

10.3 Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting na777 support. Requests are processed in accordance with applicable data protection principles.

Amendments to These Terms

11.1 na777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the contact method on file (registered mobile number or platform notification) no fewer than seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect.

11.2 Your continued use of the na777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

11.3 The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always accessible via the na777 platform footer. The "last reviewed" date at the top of this document indicates the most recent revision.

Governing Law and Disputes

12.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from your use of the na777 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable legal framework under which na777 operates.

12.2 In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to first contact na777 support through the platform's live chat or via the support email address displayed in the na777 footer. na777 aims to resolve all player disputes within five (5) business days of receiving a formal complaint.

12.3 na777 maintains a formal complaints procedure. If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the standard support channel, you may request escalation to na777's compliance team by emailing the support address with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [your na777 account username]".

12.4 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through na777's internal complaints process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.
